Refund policy

We hope you love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we take care of you.

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To start a return, email us at hello@shareyoursprinkles.com with your order number and what you’d like to send back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

If you’d like a different size or color, you can request an exchange by emailing us. We’ll ship the new item once the original makes its way home.

A few things can’t be returned for safety or customization reasons, such as:

– Gift cards

– Digital downloads

– Items marked “final sale” at checkout

If something shows up broken, damaged, or not what you expected, email us right away. We want to make it right.
